After a week long vacation in Istanbul back to business again. I went this morning with Brian to Al Abraq and not for vain. First bird that caught our intention was yellow sparrow like species that turned out to be non-breeding male  Arabian Golden Sparrow (Passer euchlorus). We need to review the status of this species in Kuwait.  In the same place we had an interesting  Phylloscopus species too. It turned out to be second Dusky Warbler for Kuwait if accepted by KORC. Unfortunately I didn’t manage to get good photographs but we saw the bird well enough including red brown legs. Its tacking call and behaviour near ground was diagnostic too. Third good species was Mistle Thrush which is just second for me and first for Brian in Kuwait. Male Penduline Tit  was also delight for this morning.
