Update 24/10/2012. I received feedback that in fact the race is Mesopotamian Hooded Crow.

I post this on the behalf of Khaled Al Ghanem. He found this morning Hooded Crow and managed to get this picture. This is new species for Kuwait if accepted by KORC.
