8/02/2008 Some recent photographs by Rashed Al-Hajji

The Short-eared Owl photographed earlier was injured by bird shooters and was seen along the reeds this morning, in the afternoon around 3pm another group of bird shooter came, and took the injured flightless bird with them. Another sad ending to a wonderful wintering bird in Kuwait.

Yesterday 7/2 rashed photographed some Barn Swallows, a photogaph of two is shown below.
