This another successful Spring tour where we had seen most of our target species with an extra Purple Sunbird and Pied Bushchat, two Western Palearctic specialities.
Kuwait tour 25 Apr to 1 May 2025
This tour was customized for Giancarlo Marconi, a bird photographer from Italy, with a focus on finding and photographing Basra Reed Warbler, Clamorous Reed Warbler, Afghan Babbler, White-cheeked Tern, Pale Rockfinch, and Yellow-throated Sparrow. We successfully located all of these target species except for the Pale Rockfinch.

This is a two-day custom tour tailored for a single participant, Simon Peile, whose main target species was the Hypocolius.

Their main target was all seen, which were:
Crab Plover, Tibetan Sand Plover, Red-wattled Lapwing, Broad-billed Sandpiper, Great crested Tern, Lesser Crested Tern, Western Reef Heron, White-eared Bulbul, Red-vented Bulbul, Bank Mynah, Hypocoliu, Steppe Eagle, Grey-headed Swamphen, Namaqua Dove, Afghan Babbler, House Crow, Clamorous Reed Warbler, Asian Desert Warbler, Menetries Warbler, Red-tailed Wheatear, Shikra.
Other species they had hoped to see but unfortunately missed included Lesser Flamingo, Pallid Scops Owl, Black-crowned Sparrowlark, Indian Roller, Socotra Cormorant, and Crested Honey Buzzard.

Kuwait Spring Tour 12-20 April 2024
This spring tour was highly successful, with a total of 174 bird species observed, including all target species. The participants were Thomas Kessler, Robert Wolmerstorfer, Lukas Strobl, Keith Pott, Johannes Salcher, Miguel Demeulemeester, Jose Carpintero, José Zapata, and Colin Viney.
