I visited Al Abraq with Christine this morning. No sign of Levant Sparrowhawk or Peregrine but we found Short-eared Owl instead. We saw several Steppe Buzzards, two Pallid Harriers, few Sparrowhawks and very interesting looking European Honey Buzzard. I have never seen this kind of color morph. We also photographed European Nightjar.
