This morning I arrived Pivot Fields and met Abdulmohsen Al Suraye who told me about Black-winged Kite. We saw the bird briefly but it disappeared soon. After half an hour I managed to relocate it and got some pictures. This individual is probably the same that was seen by Rashed Al-Hajji on 18. Sept. in the same place. Other birds on the wire were European Bee-eaters, Barn Swallows and Namaqua Doves.

Black-winged Kite Elanus caeruleus vociferous زُرَّقٌ شَائِعٌ
